Since Inforest Co.,Ltd. reproduced and changed the picture of DoAX without notice and it carried for their magazine, Tecmo is asking for reparations noting that is an act which is contrary to a creation intention of an author.
That "changed" in this case means a sexual thing. (Is it needless to say?)

However, if the point at issue of literary piracy is ignored here, I cannot think that the creation intention of this game was healthy.

From what intention does Tecmo claim?

Of course, although every creator has the copyrights which is not invaded, I think that the posture of purely game developing is most important thing.
