In Japan, this movie with which people who are treated as a physically handicapped person (what you call Dwarfism) play the role of the characters of videogame, and fill a town shocked me not a little.
This game was mainly sold to the target in the child layer, and its commercial was also fancy in Japan.

However, between two commercials of this one game, I think that the culture of not only the difference in a purchase layer but each country has come out well.

I say frankly, Japan is narrow in many respects.
